About us...
The Hillyard Yacht Club was established to
provide regulation and control of the pleasure craft
operating on waters in and around Hillyard and
on the north bank of the Spokane River
COMMODORE Kent Richard Simonson  III, who also operates "Pancho's Boat Rental".  Please note the surcharge on boats equipped with muffled oars.  Pancho is also the curator of the Hillyard Yacht Club Museum where the old MISS SPOKANE  unlimited hydroplane rests awaiting resurrection.

HARBOR MASTER:  Darin Z. Krogh, who also sells fine art, land, used cars, insurance, firewood, racing forms, whiskey, manure, bongos and hack writing.

CABIN BOY:  Terry Fanning is serving as the temporary cabin boy.  However, Fanning failed the physical exam and has been put on notice.  Future applications will be reluctantly accepted.

Below is pictured “Miss Hillyard Bay” for 2012. Kitty Venziano was awarded the same lofty distinction again this year due to the other competitors dropping out in order to tend to unexpected felony warrants.  Kitty is presently employed as a waitress but hopes to open a bridal shop someday.  (Photo taken in Al Naccarato's living  room).
